TERMS
1. The service
SONG ON TOP sells paid promotional placement in one public global music ranking. The first eligible song pays €1. Each later eligible song pays one fixed price: exactly €1 more than the last confirmed purchase. For example, after a confirmed €10 purchase, the next song costs €11. Buyers do not bid or choose an amount.
2. Ranking
Every newly confirmed song enters directly at #1. The former #1 moves to #2, #2 moves to #3, and so on. Previous songs remain visible as the ranking grows. Positions are paid placements and are not based on streams, votes, popularity, musical quality or editorial judgment. A position can change immediately after another confirmed purchase and no minimum time at #1 is guaranteed.
3. Immediate performance
By completing checkout, the buyer expressly asks SONG ON TOP to begin the digital service immediately and acknowledges that the service starts before the ordinary withdrawal period has elapsed. This does not limit any mandatory consumer right that cannot legally be waived.
4. No prize or investment
There is no draw, prize, financial participation, guaranteed audience, stream count or promised return. Moving down the chart is an essential part of the service and does not by itself create a right to a refund.
5. Eligible content
Only public Spotify, YouTube and SoundCloud links are accepted. Buyers must have the right to promote the linked song. Illegal, fraudulent, hateful, sexually explicit or rights-infringing content may be rejected or removed. A manipulated platform link or abusive attempt may be blocked.
6. Payments and settlement
Stripe processes payments. Only a confirmed payment changes the chart. One checkout is processed at a time so the next exact €1 step remains clear. An expired or failed checkout does not change the price. Refunded placements are removed and the chart is recalculated.
7. Public materials
The buyer authorizes the display of the public song title, artist, cover, platform link, confirmed total, position, ranking history and generated placement or takeover cards for the purpose of providing the service.
